About the Course
This Health Promotion Onboarding Course has been designed to help newly assigned HP managers, supervisors and officers within MSF-OCB to better understand the role of Health Promotion within MSF, as well their place within the MSF team. This onboarding is aimed for HP managers, supervisors and officer, starting to work for the first time within MSF-OCB, but it’s open to anyone else interested in Health Promotion.
Target Audience
Newly assigned HP managers, HP supervisors, HP officers, and all other staff interested in Health Promotion.

Learning Objectives
- Explain what Health Promotion is within OCB and how we work towards it.
- Identify the different action areas of Health Promotion.
- Identify the different HP roles and their respective responsibilities.
- Explain how the HP team collaborates with other departments in the projects of MSF.
- Understand the different steps to build a HP program.
- Understand the social determinants of health.
- Understand what Digital HP and Patient and Community support entail.
- Recognize the different resources to find HP support.

Methodology
Self-learning - interactive eLearning activities including quiz questions.
Evaluation
Learners need to complete all interactive eLearning activities which include quizzes.
Certification
