WoW 2 - Virtual Program
About the Course

The Ways of Working (WoW) 2 Virtual Course builds on concepts presented during the WoW 1 and provides participants with tools to assess and build cohesive teams to support the implementation of changing operations.

>Through workshops and applied practice, the course will accompany and facilitate participants as they navigate medico-operational strategy, apply discussion-based management techniques and strengthen team dynamics.

Target audience

The primary audience for the WoW 1 are locally hired, internationally mobile and HQ staff supervisors and activity managers (level 6-12 on IRFFG).
