About the Course

This resource is not a course to which you enrol. Rather it's a folder which contains the training material for the Regional Field Management Course level 2 (FMC2).  During the 5 day training course we addressed several management topics, aimed at improving the participants’ management competencies.

OBJECTIVE

The general objective of the Field Management Course is to strengthen your skills and knowledge on management tools and concepts, and to translate those to the field realities.

WHO IS THIS RESOURCE FOR?

All field team supervisors or team managers who already have some management competencies that need strengthening . Team management responsibilities are required. Staff in coordination (CMT+PMR) positions are not eligible.
