ForHOP Syria- project oriented hospital training (OCP)
About the Course

The ForHOP is a multidisciplinary team operational training that gives the opportunity for the hospital management team to work together in identifying and analysing problems/challenges within their hospital. Modules will cover specific topics and frameworks on hospital management within MSF. The workshop will include debates and discussion around Atimeh project management and the role of each person in working together to manage the hospital.

Target audience

OCP Hospital supervisors and managers, and the coordination team (transversal).

Duration

4 hours e-learning with 15 hours of virtual classes

Learning Objectives

  • Analyze the activity of the services / hospital in terms of standards, using indicators,
  • Propose an action plan adapted to the context
  • Take initiative in providing suggestions to adapt the action plan to the context and
  • readjust the strategy if necessary.
